Funds for Forest

I'll preface this by saying that Forest is stable. Today my beloved dog, Forest, was hit by a car. It wasn't the drivers fault, Forest ran out into the road chasing after a dog he saw. It all happened so very quickly. I grabbed Forest and rushed him to the vet. The wonderful staff at West Seattle Animal Hospital were able to stabilize and sedate him while they cleaned and bandaged him. The X-rays showed no broken bones or internal bleeding, but he suffered a severe wound to his front leg. He will need surgery. While I was able to cover the cost from the immediate work they did, it's only the tip of the iceburg and - as a struggling musician - I am unable to cover the rest at this time. I know many of you out there love Forest and I'm hoping that we can pull together enough to cover his medical bills.
