Hi!
My name is Daniel and I am 29 years old. I am a young man who grew-up without parents and had to became a bread winner at the age 9 for myself and my sister who was two years old at the time. We temporarily moved from place to place staying in peoples houses and living in different churches because we were never able to afford a place of our own. I had to find ways to pay for mine and my sister's school fees so during school and after school I would work selling sweets, cookies and clothes in the street.  

I was able to complete high school in 2011 but I was not able to afford higher education. I decided pursue my hobbies and try to succeed at something I loved to do and was good at.

I have been involved in the music industry for 10 years as a DJ,  singer, writer, promoter and producer. My goal is to raise money to start a music entertainment company. In order to do that,  I need to buy the following equipment:
1) a quality sound systen
2) a stage with double projectors on each side of the stage where the perfomers will appear on big screens
3) a truck to transport the equipmet to the events

This business means so much to me, my family and to the children of South Africa. I would love to buy a house for my sister so we can help kids who are in the same situation that I was in.
This company will help lot of South African poor kids and to create jobs to the young boys who are in streets doing drugs and we gonna use it as a weapon to bring back the youth back to Christ in a way of entertainment,sharing the word of God with them and also working with them.

I appreciate your help. I don't want poverty to stop children who are in the same situation I was in from achieving their goals and dreams. I want my story to make a difference. I want to teach others how to bring ideas to the table and not be afraid to ask for help but mostly I want to help them.
