Funds to Move Housing at School

Hi! So, in September of 2018, I was taken advantage of while I was drunk, and have been doing my best to move past it. The situation was taken out of hand when I decided I wanted to talk to someone about it, and now I live in a building with the respondent in the case, who hangs out with the guys that live across the hall from me, and I feel uncomfortable constantly, and have panic attacks every time I see him or hear his voice in the hallway. I see him probably twice a day at LEAST, coming in and out of the building we live in, and it does nothing but constantly remind me what happened, even though I don’t want to press charges for my own reasons, this is still hurting me. Housing has given me a new building to live in, although it’s currently $6,000 per semester to live there. I don’t really have the money for it, on top of owing the school $4,000 out of pocket at the moment. My parents are trying to help me but I need to have this weight lifted from my shoulders as fast as possible, and I’m hoping there will be some people here that can help me out with that. I believe some of the costs will be adjusted because I changed my meal plan and I’m being refunded for the money charged this semester for housing, but really, anything helps at this point.
