Recently God claimed another borrowed angel. My uncle in-law Joe Chorsencki passed 8/20/18 at 9:34pm in CMC hospital in Scranton PA. . Joe had his demons as do we all but in the end he was so much more than his past. He struggled with sobriety almost his whole life but his he never stopped trying. He had a big heart and he wore it on his sleeve. He adored his children, although he wasnt as involved as he would have liked to be he talked about then often. He recently became close with his oldest son and we are grateful they reconnected before it was to late. He helped take care of his mother, he would do her laundry and visit with her often. Also he adored his twin nieces.

This was all really unexpected and while wrapping our heads around this his family his in pain. The pain of losing a loved one and so suddenly is a heavy weight to carry on top of dealing with the funeral cost. He wasn't prepared for this to happen so the family is left to bare the monetary burden. He wouldn't want this. He would not want his family to struggle to gather up the cost on their own. Who knew he would be taken so soon? He was turning 44 next month... His mother still called him "baby Jojo" He was her baby boy and youngest child! He loved her and it would have devastated him knowing shes mourning his loss today. It's supposed to be the other way around.

Knowing Joe for the last 13 years I do know he would want someone to ask for some help for his loved ones. Joe would want them to be able to just focus on healing, not worrying about the large bill in the end. No donation is to small!

Please if you knew Joe you know how loved he was by his family. I am calling on all friends and family to ,please even if it's $1, to help this family through such a difficult time...the details on the service will be coming soon as the funds will dictate what the family decides. The sooner we get to the goal the better, so we can lay Joe to rest and give the family some closure. Thank you in advance!
