Funeral Fund for my Family Friend

Hi, Everyone.  My name is Matthew James Taylor.  I curently live in Cambridge Ontario.  I am starting a GoFundMe Page for my beloved family friend Paul Joseph Lalonde.  That is the name of the 49 year old man the was involved in the fatal hit and run on Ceder street in cambridge ontarion at aprox 6:00pm in the evening.  I have known Paul for 8 years now since I was 16 years of age, and you could say we were inseprable.  He was my best friend, as I was his.  Paul and I were roomates and have lived and worked together now for the past 6 years.  Everyone that knew and seen Paul and I on a day to day basis would say if the one of us were not there "Hey Matty wheres Paul, and Hey Paul wheres Matty if anyone seen us not together.  I mean I loved him very much he was my family.  Paul was adopted from brith, all he has left is myself and the people who cared for him on a day to day basis.  He also has many Friends in his home town of North Bay as well.  I know he alwasy told me he had a adopted sister, but they never had gotten along and never had seen eye to eye.  They have not kept in contact at all in there life.  This money will be used for funeral cost and maybe if one of his close friends gets in contact with me to send them a ticket for his funeral.  Paul was a very kind and loving person, He had the biggest heart out of anyone I know personally.  He would do anything for anyone he cared about just to see them succed a little bit more.  I love my friend very much.  I just want to also thank everyone that had put crosses over at the scence.  It was really hard for me as I had to identify him.   This honestly would mean the world to me, just to be able to give Paul what he desservs.  Paul alwas said if he was to ever pass on that he would like me to be the one to make sure that he gets a proper barial and I alwasy assured him and made a promise that I would do that for him.  So ya this would mean to me more then anyone could imagine.  Iam only 24 years of age I have 2 young children and moved from Tornoto with Paul to better our lifes so I could have my Daughter in my life and he could be happy living the wrest of his life out doing good being surronded by me and good people like our Friend Rob Flader Jr.  Paul was content with that.  So it was really sad and shocking and sudden.  Paul really started to take ahold of his life in so many great ways. what made me so sad about it I was the one who identified his body as he just went over to the plaza to get some cream for coffee and took really long and then that is when I walk on to the scean when I went to check what was taking him so long, because it is only a five min walk from our apartment, we live in the 137 woodside aprtments, I currently am still living here.   Paul would have done anything for anyone especially the people he cared about.  Just to see them succed a little bit more in life.  I love my friend very much I was really upset the frist night then I had went back to put a cross up for him.  It has a irish blessing and a little wee guitar because he loved playing the axe and was amazing at it he was very talented.   I went to go check on my cross I had made for him and noticed that there was a few crosses for him.  From people that didnt know him so thank you so much for whoever that was in perticular the family that lives in my building that helped.  Also I would like to thank this perosn I dont know who you are, or what your name is but I was so upset until I found your note in the flowers, It reads "GOD will wipe away every tear from your eyes, there shall be no more death, there shall be no more sorrow, nor crying.  There shall be no more pain for the former things have passed away" (Revelations 21:4) In the NEW Earth that GOD has promised to create, He will permanetly dry your tears.  
Cling to the LORD and He will comfert you through the process of grieving and, in the future, will replace your sorrow with great un-unding Joy! Sorry for your loss RIP Brother"  Then they drew a little cross as well,  I just like to thank you I dont know if that letter was for me but I was the one who picked it up and I really think it was for me because there was a lot of people around that witnessed me identifing his body.  So they seen me pretty upset.  I would just love to thank everyone that has said a preyer or anything along those lines.  Our world really needs more folks like you in it.  Thank you to the perimetics as well I know if they had any chance of saving him the would have.   Again everyone this just means the world to me that I would be able to have a funeral for my beloved Friend, co-worker, and brother in the geruney of life.  I will miss him very much and I will be Celebrating his life everyday not morning his death, Paul desservs to have a good funeral and he would do the same if it was me.  So thank you everyone again who had shared the story on Facebook and that please prey for my frined as well that he gets some justice because it was a Fatal hit and run.  They driver of and allegid Ford F250 super duty truck with a cab and a broken side mirror please call waterloo reginal police at (519) [phone redacted].  If you have any information, because the driver is still at large.    Thanks again everyone and please it would really, really mean the world to me I know 100% and some of his close friends and maybe his foster sister, even know they dont talk and havnot since they were children, that we see that Paul Joseph Lalonde gets a proper burial as he believed in our LORD god aswell.  This is really ergent because he was struck on Saturday evening apx 6:00pm and I donnot know how long they leave the body as I never had someone so close to me pass other then my Papa,  I was not living in town at the time so I didnt make it to his funeral, but he had a funeral and my Papa had lots of family I loved him very much as did my family.  Paul I love just like my family and I am all he has really I know him the best and Paul would have done anything for anyone he loved and cared about.  Just to see them succed a little further in life on the right path.  " Mostley he would do anything fo me, just so he could see my daughter and have a better life and I always did the same for Paul I moved him down from Toronto to Cambridge to better his live and make it more meangingful through GOD and hard work and he did.  It is atleast the last thhing I can do for Paul as I will not get to hug him until we meet again and until then Paul MAY THE LORD HOLD YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND.    I love you buddy R.I.P Brother I will always reamember every good memorey we had and there are many. <3 <3
