Rutkowski/ Dmitriev family support

Last night a co-worker and dear friend, an EMT, a firefighter, and police officer, received the most devastating news.  For Aleksey Dmitriev, a nightmare come true. A vehicle left its lane of travel on the highway crossing the median and went into the oncoming lane. It struck his family's car which was returning home from a birthday celebration in NY. His mother, stepfather, and sister(birthday girl) all sustained critical injuries and were flown to a local trauma center where they are currently fighting to overcome their injuries.
Tragically, his 12 y/o brother was pronounced dead at the scene and his other sister, who was also flown, succumbed to her injuries later that night in the Pedicatric ICU. The family has many struggles they must now face. Surmounting medical bills as well as unplanned funeral expenses are further adding to their hardship.
