Fur-Ever Wild legal fees

Fur-Ever Wild is in a legal battle to stay at the ranch they are on now. After years of being told Fur-Ever Wild was legal to own these animals at their location, the township was pressured to try and remove the resident wildlife through a legal battle.
The neighbors that are pushing the township lawsuit have teamed up with animal rights activists. Over the past year Fur-Ever Wild has been the subject to false accusations and slander in order to discredit the facilities morals and high standards of care for our animals. When EVERY complaint to the USDA, DNR, MN and SD Board of Animal Health, The Humane Society, polution control and the Dakota County Sheriffs was proven false and unjustified they only option left was to try and say that the land use in Eureka township was illegal.
At a recent court hearing the opposition was over heard talking about the strategies of how they shut animal facilities down. Included in this stragedy was .....bad press, (telling lies and rumors to discredit animal facilities), to threaten and publicly bully any followers who support the animal facility, publicly threaten the facility with false lawsuits to make animal facilities look bad in the eyes of the public and to bring money consuming lawsuits against animal facilities to run them out of money to close them down.
Fur-Ever Wild has been hit by all of these. This small group of activists have teamed up with Eureka township in a court battle stating that after years of being told Fur-Ever Wild is legal to reside in Eureka township that we are now illegal. The lawsuit was published in SD and Mn newspapers WEEKS before anyone at Fur-Ever Wild was served with ANY documents. (Funny how they got the official paperwork weeks before the defendants did.)
Fur-Ever Wilds trial date is set for June 14th. We need your help. So far legal fees are over $46,000.00. We have been trying to pay as much as we can without compromising the health and safety of our resident wildlife. With your help, we can still accomplish this. Please donate to our legal fund so we can continue with the legal battle to prove, once again, we are legal to reside in Eureka Township and to provide the best quality care for our resident wildlife. We and every animal here at Fur-Ever Wild want to THANK YOU from the bottom of our heart for your continuing support. Once again, we will prove them wrong.
