Abbey's Angels

Hi!

Abbey's Angels is a program that was started me, Abbey Peterman, and my mother, Charlie Peterman. We had been talking about starting a program that would benefit the children of Crosspointe Elementary School for several years, and upon finding out that several students at Crosspointe were either homeless or in foster care, we knew we had to put a plan into action. Abbey's Angels collects donated rolling suitcases and packs them filled with much-needed toiletries, school supplies, clothing, and comfort items. We present these personalized suitcases to students in need so they may have something to call their own. Our goal is to cater to the childrens' adacemic, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Since Abbey's Angels is a new program, we rely on the generosity of local donations, however, we are hoping that Go Fund Me will help us to expand our reaches and give people who are not local, the chance to donate as well. Donations will be used towards buying suitcases and items that we will pack them with (ex: toothbrushes, toothpaste, brushes/combs, blankets, books, pencils, coloring books, etc.) Every penny can and will be used; we are both grateful for any and all donations. Each donation makes a difference. Thank you for helping us put smiles on kid's faces.
