Ged Eden Development Fund (GEDFUND)
Donation protected
In response to requests to donate to a fund in Ged's memory we are setting up the Ged Eden Development Fund (GEDFund).
The consummate professional at all times, Ged dedicated his adult life to Real Tennis. He was innovative in his thinking, and had great vision for the future of the sport. His love of the game began during his teenage years in Hobart, and he was passionate about encouraging young players into the most challenging of all racquet sports. Ged knew that Real Tennis can only grow by promoting participation from the grassroots upwards. It is the junior players who are the future of the game.
The ‘Ged Eden Development Fund’ has been set up by the family to perpetuate Ged’s dream of sustaining the growth of Real Tennis by bringing young people into the game, to learn its intricacies and to help aspiring players learn the craft of Real Tennis through training, coaching, practice and match play.
