Genealogy Research Library
Donation protected
Our genealogical research library was recently destroyed by the devastating fire at the Aberdeen (Washington) Museum of History . All is lost -- an extensive collection of area books, funeral records and obituaries dating back as far as the late 1800s.
Although our society is small, we are determined to rebuild our library and collections as quickly as possible. We need to purchase everything from new computers, office equipment and furniture to reference books and family-specific histories.
We pledge to spend your donation wisely. We know you may not have a direct tie to our area, but the genealogical family, as a whole, relies on making family records and histories available for generations to come and we want to continue that noble cause.
Thank you in advance for your support of genealogy, family history and the Grays Harbor Genealogical Society 's research library.
