PYRO Gallery

PYRO is a cooperative art gallery located in the vibrant Butchertown neighborhood of Louisville, KY.  The gallery currently has 18 members who create artwork in an array of mediums, including painting, sculpture,  photography, fiber, and ceramics.  Members members often serve as mentors to our younger emerging artists.  PYRO has  been in existence for 17 years and has enjoyed ongoing support from patrons and visitors who have formed relationships with members, attended our exhibitions, and purchased artwork. 

As a cooperative enterprise, PYRO supports itself solely through commissions on the sales of artwork and through member dues .  We cannot exist without art sales. Due to Covid19, and in accordance with local regulations, PYRO has shuttered its doors and we are no longer are able to sell our artwork.  Your donations would be a vital part of our continued survival.   If you donate, you would be the recipient of our immense gratitude and appreciation, and for donors of more than $50, you will receive a beautiful hand-crafted member-made Covid 19 mask.
