Help with funds for medical bills
My husband, Glenn Ferguson while at work as artist and manager of the caricature artists at an Orlando Theme Park, was savagely attacked by a former co-worker/artist on January 1, 2016. He was stabbed in the head and sustained a traumatic brain injury which has affected his cognition, speech, ability to read and write, and has taken away some of his vision - and so much more. The attack also stole Glenn's exceptional gift, his drawing ability. Drawing has been his passion and award-winning career for two decades.
He has drawn thousands of caricatures of and for people all around the world. Many of them return each year to find Glenn and have him draw another caricature to add to their collections.
Due to his injuries, Glenn has a long, uncertain road ahead filled with therapy for his deficits. In addition to all of the previously mentioned issues, Glenn has been diagnosed with PTSD which along with his vision loss, we hope it will qualify him to receive a therapy, "helper" dog. All of the funds received here will go toward helping us with our portion of exorbitant medical bills as we move forward on this very long and challenging road ahead of us.
Please know that no amount you can give is too small and would mean everything to us.
Thank you so much for your time and generosity.
