Helping Orphans of Africa Inc. (HOA) is a Non-Profit Organization based in Baltimore. We started assisting accredited Orphanages in Africa since 2015. Nigeria was our first country to mission. Our mission works with people in the United States, seeking help for food, clothing, educational books, goods and services for orphans with significant birth defects and other challenges.
WHY WE CARE
We at Helping Orphans of Africa Inc. knows that people in the developed nations are always ready to help Africa because of the poor economic situation in the land, Africa. Today, not so much of help come to all of these poor communities in Africa anymore. Clearly the leaders have failed tremendously.
The Economic Aid that have been provided through various international agencies to help alleviate some of the food crisis have been looted by these leaders and all joint economic endowment are misappropriated into these leader’s pockets and their families, leaving the masses hungry, sick and dejected.
In an effort to help, assist, invest, uplift and put a smile on the faces of a community of less privileged African orphans every year during the most celebrated festivals on Earth, HOA in conjunction with the orphanage organizes a Christmas party for these children. Most orphans in Africa are usually rescued between 0 to15+ ages.
Through GoFundMe, HOA intend to collect more goods and food supplies to celebrate with three orphanages in Africa this year.
Our goal is, to solicit your profound support and assistance in making this dream come true for the many children we touch and make a difference in their young lives. I trust you can spare a loose change or give a dollar to support us.
We are constantly in need of the following items for annual shipment:
Assorted Dry Food like Rice, Beans…
Assorted Christmas Hard Candies (not chocolate due to heat)
Christmas Gifts (i.e. Footballs, Bags, Balls, Girls & Boys Toys, etc.)
Cash Donation for Shipment and Volunteer Resources.
Christmas Trees
Your donation will go towards shipment of donated goods, pay for rental and decoration of event hall, pay 10 support staff in Africa, and purchase gifts for each child.
Many organizations touch lives in different ways, but our mission goes directly to the roots, because it gives us the satisfying feel that the orphans are important.
