Government shutdown my kids and I need help

Im out of work because of government shutdown I'm in need of help to pay my rent and to buy groceries and other bills I have 4 kids I take care of and I pay bill it's getting hard I'm in need of y'all help please hopefully this will not last long I feel less I can't do nothing but try to get help it's just sad I also have anxiety and depression I can't get my pills my son have asthma he can't get his med Im selling things to get by my kids need school lunch I can't give them I can't pay for gas my oldest understand what's going on but it's so heart breaking
