My name is Ojasi Kirtikar and I am raising money to start a business that will reduce the amount of landfill waste created by household and corporate parties while also providing convenience of easy clean-up.
My idea is called Green Hosts. It will be a dish delivering and washing service where party hosts can order dishes and utensils for their party and they will be delivered in a tub to the location of their party before it begins. When the guests finish eating, they will place their dishes back into the tub which will be taken away to be cleaned after the party is over.
To start my business this summer, I will need 36 break and chip resistant plates and 36 metal cups, forks, spoons, and knives. This will cost around a total of $400.
