On October 13, 2014, the living man Randy Beane, was travelling home from his 1st day of work with Kroger near Ridgeland, SC. It was around 12:15pm when he noticed blue lights behind him. He pulled over and 3 cop cars pulled in behind him. They approached Randy's truck on both sides. Randy rolled down his window about 3” as feeling threatened by these men in costumes. (Randy said it all happened so fast. They were not there for anything, but making an example out of him) Immediately, they were going to bust in his window with something that looked like a meat cleaver. When Randy saw this he rolled down his window. Immediately, a man reached in the truck, unlocked the door, opened it and tazed and pulled Randy out of the truck and onto the ground – still tazing him until he could get spread eagle. By this time there were 10 cop units there. Questions he finally was able to ask:
Randy: Why did you stop me?
Cops: You were speeding
Randy: How fast was I going?
Cops: Fast Enough
Cops: Are you sovereign?
Randy: I am a living man.
Randy is an American National and is travelling with authenticated card and tag. These towns and counties in South Carolina were noticed back in June 2014 and recently that these tags and cards are real and authenticated by the US State Department.

Randy feels that he was a target and this was a gang styled stop to make an example out of him for others that stand in truth and defend their unalienable rights. He was told, at the crime scene, that he needed to follow rules like the rest of the citizens.
Randy was tazed so hard and long that they dispatched EMT to the scene to provide medical help for him, but he refused.
Randy was written up for speeding, no insurance, no tag, no license, resisting arrest and served a warrant on him AFTER he was jailed. The warrant states he had beat amd wounded an officer which is a lie. If this was the case then the EMTs would have looked at the cops at the scene which he did not. Randy did not. Remember 10 cops vs Randy where he was tazed before he ever left the truck.
After the warrant deal, he was asked to remove all his clothing and bend over. Also, he has had to “bend over” atleast 4 more times since then. Yes, they are Sick people! The first night he was being held he was put in a cell with urine and vomit everywhere. A cell that they never clean prolly for this purpose.
After the first night he was removed from that cell and his uniform changed from a yellow uniform to a hunter green uniform. He has been denied his shoes since he was in there Oct. 13th and I am writing this update Oct. 29th. He has been denied to change out his boots for other shoes he could wear. All denied. The cell he is in is a community cell with 23 count at this time. All have a metal cot with a mat, like a yoga mat, as a matttress. Three meals a day, but very, very small quantitites. Randy has lost weight, per Bec. An inmate told Randy he better watch his back because they could take him in the middle of the night to an undisclosed location and kill him if they liked and no one would know what happened to him. Rest assure! Yes, we would!!! Randy's family is worldwide and on Notice.
Randy had court on Oct. 27th, in which he stated to the acting judge:
”for the record
my fee schedule for yall detaining me is 1m USDs per minute
I do not recongnize you
I do not consent to anything
I do not plea
I challenge the jurisdiction of this court
For the record”
He also told the acting judge that “you are Randall Beane the trustee and I am the beneficiary of the stated trustee”. Judge stated he didn't know what to do with him to take him back. We have learned since then what Randy should have done. We are working on this.
Please keep in mind that this is a daily position for Randy. Please keep sending in emails, cards and money if you can. This may take awhile to resolve.
Update as of Nov. th: Randy was put in front of a judge on Nov. 3rd in which the judge dismissed ALL the traffic tickets, but not the falsified warrant. The judge stated he would get it to the one who needed to deal with that. As of today Randy is still being detained without consent and without committing ANY crime whatsoever. He was just driving home from work.
Randy is feeling very positive and secure, but this process is beating him done. Once he feels he is making some progress they just continue to commit crimes against him.
Randy ask for any positive energy you can send his way, and funds you can send his way and any healing you can send his way. We need to raise money so he can stay in contact with us, buy needed items like food, clothing and stamps while in jail and also to prepare for our next lawful step to bring justice for all as we more forward.
