It's time for me to make a change in my life. I've been overweight for the longest that I can remember being my heaviest at 480. Fortunately I've been able to drop 35 pounds on my own doing hard sessions of cardio everyday, for past months, jogging 3-4 miles a day. Now I feel it's time for me to move on to strength and conditioning exercising with added cardio. The good thing is that I'm able to do some weight lifting on my own with my 30 dumbbell at home. Unfortunately, there's only so much that can be accomplished at home before you have to get assistant reaching your goals and that is where going to the gym comes into play.
