Im starting this go fund me to ask for help to get my sons dad out of immigration custody the holidays are coming and we’d love to have him home for thanksgiving & christmas... Robert has been in the US since he was 9 months old he has never been to mexico doesnt know anything or anyone out there he would have such a hard time being out there.. & my son is so attached to him i would hate to see my son grow up w out his dad... the judge wanted to deport him 3 days after his court and he is strongly representing himself because we cant afford a lawyer he lost his case but i strongly believe that he can Win this case bc he has appealed it so he can keep fighting to stay here .. he cant do it by fighting it in custody i ask you guys to help out to have my family back together again. my son love his “papa” & he needs him here w us it would be really depressing if he isnt w us for these special holidays that my son can now enjoy because he is older anything helps even if you just share this page my son & myself will highly appreciate it thank you for your time
