Mission: To held raise fund for the rebuilding of the            national palace.
Vision: To encourage haitians to take positive actions for the benefit of Haiti.


 HAITIANSFORHAITI is a non political organization. Its sole intention is to encourage Haitians to take positive actions for the benefit of Haiti. The inspiration emerged from a simple YouTube video of a young Haitian man by the name of Steeve Colin, a resident of Cite Soleil. He used his own money as a contribution for the reconstruction of the Haitian Palace. We were so deeply moved by such a gesture that we felt compelled, inspired and motivated to partake in the movement.

Our goal at HAITIANSFORHAITI is to encourage all Haitians to take part in the campaign that Steeve Colin started. As we already know the palace is the property of the Haitian people. It symbolizes our freedom, pride and sovereignty. Therefore, as stated by Steeve Colin we must not wait for a hand out from other nations. It’s a Haitian project that demands the contribution of all Haitians. The spirit of unity that we used to get our freedom from slavery, that same spirit is still in our DNA, therefore we can use it again to rebuild our palace. We will need the collective effort of every Haitian person, whether you live in Haiti or other countries. We will work as a united nation operating under one accord to make this project a reality.

We are asking all Haitians to have a proactive mentality on the matter and donate whatever you can afford, whether it’s a dollar or 100 dollars, every penny counts. It has been 8 years since the earth quake destroyed the palace, and we still haven’t rebuilt it. Yet, we have more than enough Haitians to achieve the job.

 HAITIANSFORHAITI is asking all Haitians to adopt a spirit of unity, take matters in our own hands and rebuild our palace. For we all know TOGETHER WE ARE STRONGER.
