Haley's Trip to Study Abroad

My name is Haley Kibby and I am a sophomore on the dean's list at Hanover College in southern Indiana, where I am studying both English and Spanish with plans to become a high school teacher. As part of the coursework at Hanover, students studying Spanish have the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Alcalá de Henares, Spain. I am beyond greatful for this opportunity, but unfortunately, because of some scheduling issues, I missed the chance to apply for financial aid, grants, and scholarships that would cover the trip's cost ($3,750). This covers the entire trip, which includes the follwing: my plane ticket, room and board, the hotel (for the last few nights), transportation in the city (trains, buses, etc.), all food, and tickets/tours of many museums and monoments. I created this GoFundMe so that I can try to raise these funds, join my class on this trip, and essentially continue my education in Spanish. 
In Spain, I will be staying with a host family and taking 3 classes a day at the University of Alcalá. On top of academics, I will have the opportunity to explore Madrid, Toledo, and Segovia to learn all about the history and art of Spain. 
This trip is extremely important to me and my future, and I need atleast $1,500 by Christmas in order to ensure my spot for the class, so please help me make my dream come true by both donating to and sharing this page. I truly appreciate it.
