Handyperson packs for refugees

Refugees need tools! Support their efforts to make their living spaces liveable.
Earlier this year I spent 3 months in Greece successfully helping to install WIFI access in refugee accommodation.
Now I'm going back to help a local group providing refugees with the means to improve their housing standards. They are living in abandoned buildings lacking furniture, appliances, and even partition walls. These are not short-term arrangements - they could live there for years. They need tools and materials to make furniture, fix plumbing and wiring, etc. No-one else is going to do it for them - not NGOs, not the government. These people are living outside of those systems, and only they can make it work.
£160 buys a "Handyperson Pack " providing a minimal but useful set of tools. The more of these we can provide, the quicker people can make their spaces liveable.
As well as buying these, we reserve the right to spend money on other needs that present themselves and seem more pressing (a child needing a taxi to the hospital, immediate need for first aid equipment, etc).
