Hannah's Masters Fund

Our friend, role model and inspiration, Hannah Gaffey, has been awarded a place at the University of Cambridge to study an MPhil in Education (Globalisation and International Development). However, she does not have sufficient funding.
Hannah is one of the most selfless people we know; throughout University she constantly put her studies aside to work hard and volunteer for different charities, raising money and awareness for charities such as: Coppafeel, Judah’s Cloud, A21, and Bloody Good Period to name but a few. As the Charity Secretary for Queen Mary Netball Club she led the club to raise over £3000 in under a year, alongside playing competitive netball, serving her Church community and succeeding academically.
She is currently volunteering for the Red Cross in Norway, and is an inspiration to all who cross her path. Hannah graduated from Queen Mary University in 2018 with a First in Linguistics: her dissertation research focused on persuasion techniques in charity advertising, addressing the mistrust of the consumer in terms of how charitable donations are spent, and how poverty porn and guilt are used as fundraising techniques.
In the past few months Hannah has diligently worked to access grants which partially fund her course and she will, of course, utilise the post-graduate student loan. However, it is not enough to cover everything.
As Hannah's friends, we would kindly like to ask for contributions on her behalf in order to help a wonderful young woman in her continued success.
