Small change for big Change

Most of us go through life with the name we were given by our parents - we may not always love it, but typically, we roll with it, and usually, it's not a big deal. We barely pay it much mind, or associate too much with it.
But, really, it IS a big deal. In a world that increasingly demands identification, it's critical.
Again, for the most of us, this is not a huge deal.
But for trans people, it's quite a huge deal.
It's affirmation of indentity, for one.
It's basic safety, for another.
It's assistance in helping deter harrassment.
It's being able to do those simple, stupid mundane things...that nearly everybody takes for granted...and that *everybody* should be able to do.
It's simply part of being.
Meet Annika Morgan (see the picture for the wonderful lady for whom this campaign is for) - a truly amazing and brave woman, who I have been lucky enough to call friend for many years now. While Annika may not be the name she was given, it IS the name that reflects who she truly is, and should be known by.
This campaign was designed and started with that goal in mind - to help the above come true, and have things be as they should be.
Please note: I say help have things be as they should be, not "help her" - Annika knows who she is. Rather, this is more to help the rest of the world get it right.
