head shave for autism

Donation protected
My son, Cameron, was diagnosed with asd and adhd when he was 8. I fought long and hard for a diagnosis and this was 3 years too late in my eyes. Looking back now all the signs were there from a very early age but nothing was picked up until school. He hit all his milestones as a child and even rode a bike from age 3. I've found it so difficult to cope with Cameron but I'm thankful that I have great friends and family around who have made it easier. I chose to medicate Cameron until I began to realise the medication was making him very depressed and i could control his behaviour without the need for meds. It's hard to find a balance when you have other children and a child with autism and adhd. We can go to all the holiday parks, day trips, holidays and have days out but Cameron is never satisfied. Cameron has sensory issues. He cannot go  on motion rides, he hates loud noises, pantomimes etc. I've never had any help from authorities or charities to help with the awful disabilities but I hope to raise enough money from my headshave for autism north east and to take Cameron to Legoland Windsor or Legoland abroad. The money may be able to help families in similar situations. If anyone knows me well will know that I love my hair so this is going to be a hard thing to do and i may regret it. I thank you all in advance for your generous donations
P.s. I have over 2,000 friends on my Facebook so imagine if you could all donate or club together to donate? This will make a big difference to so many lives. I haven't set a date with the venue yet but should be set by end of the week so everyone is invited to come hold my hand, cheer me on or try and talk me out of it : )
