Headstones: unmarked family graves

This Gofundme is to help place a Memorial Stone on the grave sites of Agapito Alvarez Sr. my Grandfather and Agapito Alvarez Jr. my Uncle.
This past weekend my partner and I visited Hereford, Texas after one of my Aunts was placed in Hospice from becoming unresponsive from a stroke. My father was unable to travel to Friona and place flowers on his father and brother’s grave; so I told him I would. When we arrived at the cemetery there was a log providing the locations of the graves.
When we found the plots 283-4 and 284-1 it was difficult to find the exact grave locations. So we took down the name of a headstone next to where we thought they were and went back to the log to verify the exact locations.
Once we found them, we placed the flowers but also realized how difficult it would be for others find the unmarked graves. It also got me thinking that with fires and floods as common as they are I would hate for the records of the locations of burial plots to be lost forever because of something happening to the records right there at the cemetery.
Agapito Alvarez Sr. passed away on January 24th 1989 when I was only 4 years old.
I never had the honor of meeting my uncle Agapito Alvarez Jr. as he died before I was born in 1973.
They are buried next to each other in unmarked graves.
Help me place a memorial stone on their graves not only to make there sites easier to find but also to help keep their names remembered.
Average for the 2 headstones will be about $350 each, money raised will go toward the cost of the headstones, delivery and placement. Any extra funds will be used for flowers and maintenance.
