Healing Helzers

This was a last resort thing but yet here I am. As some of you know, my dad Michael, had open heart surgery on March 24th, 2017. He walked into the hospital with his heart functioning only 5%. Doctors kept telling my family and me that they were optimistic but chances of him surviving were very, very slim. He was even put on a heart transplant list. Miraculously, he made it through the surgery. He was doing well until he noticed some congestion; he went into the doctor for a check-up and a nodule was found, a biposy was ordered and on June 29th, 2017 he was diagnosed with an extremely rare form of a hormonal lung cancer. My dad will be undergoing another major surgery on August 25th, 2017 which will have an end result of him only having 1 1/2 lungs. My mom is disabled and can't work and I am working a part time job, trying to pay/worry about college while worrying about my family and trying to help them as much as possible physically, emotionally, and financially. We are struggling badly just to barely get by. My dad will be out of work for at least 3 months depending on how everything goes and since my mom doesn't work I will be the only one in the household working and it's just not enough to support our needs. I want to help them out more because they honestly deserve so much in life, but we can't seem to get ahead and this was one of the only ways I thought I can help them. They have given so much to so many people, including myself and I can't even begin to describe how important they are to me. I really hope this can ease things a little for them. Seeing my parents stress over things that people should never have to deal with is very heartbreaking. Please, if you can, donate. Even just a little. Anything will help!
