Heart in Hand Community Outreach

HeartinHand Community Mission reaches out to individuals, who for various reasons, find themselves living on the streets of NYC. Now that the weather is changing, I am raising money to help supply clothing, non-perishable food, personal supplies, and thermal sleeping bags to the homeless community.
