Facial feminization surgery, or FFS, is a surgery that involves the cosmetic modification of your facial characteristics. The goal is to soften masculinized features into a shape more typically recognized as feminine.

Hello I'm Gwendolyn and ffs may be classified as cosmetic but it's really not. It's a very necessary part of transition for many trans women and it's vital to our well being and survival. Originally I didn't consider even getting it because I passed for the most part but as I get older my features are starting to be more masculine :( I'm already tall and it's becoming increasingly harder to navigate the world without violence. 

The money will be used for a tracheal shave, minor rhinoplasty facial contouring and some filler, nothing extreme just enough to blend in. I'm not ashamed to be transgender I just want people to leave me alone also to get my medical transition started so I can get my documentation changed asap
