Help a young father of two

To get another vehicle, as well as car seats that was lost. On January 27th around midnight. I was driving. I seen a man bloody he appeared to need help. I decided to pull over and help this man. Allowed him to set in my car to get. He explained to me, that he just gotten into a car accident and there was a woman in the car. I decided to leave the man in my car, while I go check and see if I can be of any assistance to the woman inside the other vehicle. As I went to see about the lady, the man i decided to help out, stole my car. He ended up sending the police on a chase. My car was totally destroyed. That was my only means of transportation for my family. And my children car seats was in there.
