Help Andrew get a healthier housing

As some know, I have been battling respretory issues the last few months with several asthma flares, bronchitis, and pnuemonia. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago...I started having shortness of breath and didn't think anything of it and continued goint to work. Then, I spiked a high fever and knew that I needed to see the doctor. They told me that I had yet another small pnuemonia and gave me an antibiotic and sent me to the ER to replace my fluids. I was scheduled to go back to work last Wednesday but, when I got up I started coughing up blood and couldn't catch my breath. I was rushed to the doctor, who sent me to the hospital, where I was admitted to the ICU with O2 stats at 82% (normal is 100%) and severe pnuemonia in 3 out 4 lobes. I was eventually released and feeling better. 

My doctor has told me that I need to find better housing with central air and more space because where I'm living is what is causing all my breathing issues. This means I have to come up with the deposit and the first months rent. Plus, keep up with the rest of my bills. I have found the perfect place that is actually less than I pay currently and has everything I need in a place. If you can please help me get into this place I will be forever greatful. My health and stability is depending on this.
