Help bring our brother home

On August 5th my brother Donny Barlow was killed in a transport vehicle on the way home from a festival when another passenger grabbed the wheel which caused it to roll and kill my brother along with another lady. We are all in Missouri and he was killed in Montana , we are desperate to get him home to bury him which is going to cost 4,000.00 just to get him here plus funeral cost.
