Help Brother Jack and Family

Donation protected
Dear Friends,
Those of you who know me may know my fantastic younger brother Jack. It is with deep concern, careful optimism and great love that I write the following.
Three days before his 54th birthday in May Jack was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma, otherwise known as stomach cancer. Unfortunately he was diagnosed late. It had already reached Stage 4 and has spread to other areas. He will be undergoing chemo treatments right away. He has been in the hospital in California but is going home today. Jack has chosen this route though it does come with risk. Jack has always been an athlete, plays local baseball with a great team that he adores, rides his bike, never smoked, doesn't drink and eats well. Go figure. Many of you understand from your own experiences that there is no rime or reason to this hideous illness. Jack has lost weight and energy and has a big mountain to climb now.
His wife Monika and her family have been there with him, generous faithful and brave. His daughter Alli, our beautiful beloved girl is hoping that he will be able to walk her down the aisle on June 23rd when she marries her dearest Sawyer.
Jack will not be able to work for a while and Monika has a serious health situation of her own. We are trying to cover expenses for them for a while. Thank you for any donation that you can give. It will be greatly appreciated as will your loving thoughts and prayers. You can go onto caringbridge.org for more detailed information.
God Bless You,
Anne
