Help Chad On The Road To Healing

My brother Chad was involved in a hit and run accident in the summer of 2007. He was hit by a young driver while on his motorcycle and had to have multiple invasive surgeries in order to keep from losing his foot. He also had to undergo other surgeries later on to repair additional damages caused by the accident. Due to this, Chad was prescribed strong medications to manage the chronic pain and over time has become chemically dependent. After 10 years Chad's health and wellbeing is being greatly effected by the pain meds and he is desperately wanting to be off this medication!
Although Chad has tried to quit taking them on multiple occasions on his own with no success, and has also inquired how to do so from his pain doctors, they have not given him any other options outside of other drugs. For this reason Chad would like to go to a rehabilitation center that specializes in helping people safely get off of opioates and opioids (since it can be dangerous and even life threatening to do so independently).
We feel strongly that the Lord is leading us to a clinic in Florida. This clinic not only specializes in optiate addictions, but it is also the only clinic we know of that specializes in restoring the nutritional deficiencies that these particular drugs cause in the body. This approach works to actually heal the patients bodies which in turn provides them with a much greater success rate for a full and lasting recovery. This clinic also encourages their patients to find natural pain alternatives which Chad very much desires to do.
Due to the hefty expense and urgency of the situation, any donation small or large which you can give would be incredibly appreciated by Chad, his fiancé Christine, and all of us as his family. The goal of $10,000 will fully cover his 10 days at the clinic, his round trip airfare from Detroit to Florida and the fees which will be deducted for the fundraising.
