We are CHRISTINA CARREIRA & ANTHONY PONOMARENKO, two Ice Dancers, with Gold Dreams for the USA. We are 2018 US National Junior Champions, 2018 Junior World Silver Medalist, 2017 Junior World Bronze Medalist and 2017 Junior Grand Prix Final Silver Medalist.

Figure Skating is in our blood; it is our passion; it is what brought us together and keeps us together.

We are fortunate enough to be doing what we love. We both left our homes and families at the young age of 13 and now live and train in Novi, Michigan. Figure skating costs are huge, and can be as high as $75,000 per year. These include training costs (ice dance; ballroom; ballet; choreography; acting lessons and strength & conditioning); ice time; costumes & skates and traveling expenses.

 

WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR HELP

We are so appreciative of the opportunity we have to continue figure skating together. We are both so lucky to have the love and support of our family and friends. We know the huge sacrifices our parents make year after year and we want to thank them and all of you who believe in us. We are asking for your help and support to continue our dreams.
