Help Emily pay her legal fees

In May, Emily was roofied while at a bar. She attempted to get to the police, and on the way crashed her car into a fence, before continuing on foot to the police station where she was arrested. They refused medical attention, despite her cries of being drugged. The following day when she was contacted to pick up her vehicle, they arrested her again for Leaving the Scene of an Accident and detained her for the entire day, again refusing any medical attention or blood tests. They continuously called her a liar, and interrogated her about unrelated events she knew nothing about. They also refused to give badge numbers or any information. A week after the event, she went to the ER due to still being sick from what was put in her drink, where they determined she had in fact been drugged based on her symptoms. At the visit, they also ruled out any recreational drug use.
Two months after this incredibly stressful and painful ordeal, the police department decided to charge her with Leaving the Scene of an Accident, which is a felony. This gofundme is to help offset the costs of her attorney, as she plans to fight the case. Any help is appreciated!
