Help us give free fresh food to needy people

Our non-profit organization, Southgate Learning and Resource Center, is dedicated to supporting and serving our local community with care and compassion. 


Our program “Feed Vegas” helps feed about 5,000 individuals per month. Last year alone, this program donated over ONE MILLION pounds of free food to the Las Vegas community.


This outreach allows low-income families to spend the
money that would have been spent on food, to be put towards monthly bills.


In order to provide free food to the people of our community, we need a refrigerated box truck.  The truck that we currently use is not refrigerated. 

In the hot Las Vegas summers, it is difficult to keep the food at the proper safe temperatures so we can provide food to the families that depend on us. 
The food that we collect includes meats, fresh produce, dairy, fresh prepared meals, baked goods, etc.


We are in need of a refrigerated truck to pick up and deliver food.  In order to continue to deliver the good quality of food that we currently provide, we need this truck ASAP. The summer months are here and we want to ensure that we give the best to our local community!
