Peace and blessings to all!
Irindric Leverette & his wife Bobbi Leverette had been trying to conceive and have a baby for years. God blessed them to finally get pregnant. After 34 weeks of pregnancy, Bobbi gave birth to a little girl, Journii Nichole Leverette. Because of being preterm, Journii was immediately transferred to the NICU. Bobbi also remained in the hospital for difficulties that arose during the pregnancy. Bobbi was eventually diagnosed with Peripartum Cardiomyopathy and Bobbi's heart only functions at 25% of its normal function.
Peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM), also known as postpartum cardiomyopathy, is an uncommon form of heart failure that happens during the last month of pregnancy or up to five months after giving birth. Cardiomyopathy literally means heart muscle disease. About 1,000 to 1,300 women develop the condition in the U.S. each year.
After a few days of testing, Journii was allowed to go home with her dad Irindric and ten year old sister, A'lyah.
Bobbi stayed in the hospital for treatment of PPCM. Bobbi was fitted with a Life Vest, a wearable defibrillator for sudden cardiac arrest and allowed to go home with her family.
Bobbi recently went into sudden cardiac arrest and Praise God, Bobbi came thru with the Life Vest. Thru a small surgical incision in Bobbi's back, an implantable cardioverter defibrillator, (ICD) was implanted in the left side of Bobbi's chest so she no longer needs to wear the Life Vest.
Bobbi is now at home with her wonderful husband Irindric and two daughters.
Irindric & Bobbi needs our financial assistance for everyday household expenses and insurmountable hospital bills.
Even thou Irindric has to miss out on going to work to take care of his wife Bobbi, Journii, the newborn, and ten year old A'lyah.
Bobbi is a corrections officer in Dallas, TX, and Irindric is a detail technician for JB Hunt in Wilmer,TX
Please give financially whatever you can and we pray that God will also meet you at your need. We give thanks for the prayers and assistance that has already been given and for those that are to come.
God Bless
