The fan I am offering is the VentCool Summit 4.9 with 5,202 CFM that has a retail price of $1450. (more air flow than our local QuietCool source - this Summit 4.9 is one of the best - only Tamarack in Massachusetts has more air (5800 CFM)but their price without installation is over $2000).
I can discount it for you to $1300 if you will send me $400 as a down payment. I will send $100 to Tammie. There are local installers who will put it in for under $500.
