Help Matt Get the Help He Needs

I am told that I need to get urgent mental health care.  So until we have Universal Healthcare, it will be up to you to help me.  There is some dispute over whether my problem is autism or schizophrenia or NPD and whether the proper treatment is heavy antipsychotics or a lobotomy or both.  Also I have no idea where to start with accessing mental health care so any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. 

All money will be used for care and I will publicly account for all of it here.

Based on google searches, a lobotomy will not significantly affect my cognitive abilities or sense of humor.  However it may cause prosopagnosia.  But that's ok because I'm more of a name person anyway.
