Help Matthew with a Miracle

My friends, the past few months I've had a lot of problems hit me almost all at once. First, due to some anxiety, a new anxiety medicine my doc tried me on: I literally blacked out at and lost two Security Post jobs within 2 months of each other. My post was always busy, so I didn't fall asleep, my friends and working at least 60 hours a week didn't help. I currently stay with my mom and father, and a couple of months before I was fired, my dad lost his job. Both my mom and father worked hard their whole lives but relied heavily on my paycheck to pay the rent. Within a month of losing my job, my car breaks down, our only one at the time. My only phone was lost by me, I couldn't replace it or pay the monthly bill any longer. I needed to reapply for my Security license, but couldn't because I owed the State a Fine of $800 for an old ticket I received in 2008 for no insurance. My glasses also broke shortly before I lost my job, but due to some family financial problems at the time I held off replacing them, and my stigma gives me double vision. I have an old injury that causes me some pain. I went to the hospital twice, and the worst of the worst hospital, twice in three days but they said they couldn't help me because I have no insurance, (I lost my insurance before this trouble) and they didn't consider what I had to be lethal so they weren't required by law to give me help. (Yes That's What I Was Told By The Doctor). I've already sold my laptop, electronics and all my guns and used up all my savings to keep the house going, my friends, and things have gotten kinda bad.
