Help me get my new wheelchair...

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 16 years ago. I've had plenty of ups and downs during that time, but I persevere.
I currently have two power chairs that are not functional and I use a manual chair. Unfortunately, this current relapse is continuing to get worse and I am losing strength in my upper body, arms and hands. So, my manual wheelchair won't be an option soon.
I had my evaluation with the physical therapist and wheelchair distributor and they are preparing the paperwork to send to the insurance company for a new power chair with the functionality I need.
The process takes 60-90 days but I will owe approximately $7000 for my portion of the chair and the lift/carrier foe it.
These chairs are incredibly expensive; ranging from $20,000 to $30,000. While I am glad that my portion is relavtiely small, it's still a much larger burden than I can handle on my own.
With the manual chair, I am unable to do many things, and as my upper body deteriorates, I will lose the ability to use it altogether. I currently cannot get into bed without assistance. I can barely wash my hands at the sink, i cannout reach into a cupboard or any of the upper shelves of the refrigerator. I have more and more trouble getting into and out of a vehicle. The new power chair will have the features that allow me to rise up to have access to these things but, without help, I will not be able to afford the power chair.
I am a proud and stubborn man, and this is very difficult for me. I greatly appreciate any and all prayers and assistance. I'm counting on you. This is one hurdle I cannot overcome myself.
