Help Memorialize Jaden Jordan

Little Jaden Jordan was born on October 27, 2013 to a big, loving family that fell in love with him long before he opened his big, beautiful eyes.  He was always curious and had a thirst for learning and trying anything he could, which included learning how to open the fridge as soon as he began walking just so he could get his favorite snack (usually chocolate candy if there was any, or as he liked to say: “locklet”).  His favorite color was blue, his favorite animated program was “Daddy Finger” on YouTube, and he loved going to the beach, playing with his toy cars, singing, and running around with his cousins pretending he was Superman.

 

On Monday, November 28, Jaden was the victim of a vicious and violent crime at the hands of his mother’s live-in boyfriend. Jaden was admitted to the hospital with a lacerated liver and kidney, a fractured skull and was in a coma until Saturday, December 3, when he lost his battle with a traumatic brain injury as a result of that physical abuse. 

 

Although the ensuing criminal case will surely bring more public awareness to crimes against children, Jaden’s family wants to honor him in a respectful, private and peaceful ceremony.  This GoFundMe donation drive is meant to help provide the family with more options in its quest to memorialize and honor him.

 

Jaden’s family and loved ones were grateful to have had him for his short life.  We will be just as grateful to receive any support you can give.
