Help needed for my dachshund

Oh my poor baby,
Tonight I came home to Bella our Dachshund in labour. We was expecting to see 5 new puppies on Thursday. What I found was 2 two little jelly beans in need of attention. My fiance and i tried CPR and the tips and tricks we'd researched leading up to the big day. I managed to sob my way through phone conversationwith a local vet, who instructed us to come straight away. We arrived at the Vet a 6pm with Bella and her 2 babies. The vet quickly informed us that they were gone. The vets expressed concern that the 3 other puppies were stuck in the birth canal. She suggested that we push ahead and have a C section to ensure that Bella and the pup's had the best chance of survival. She anticipated that this would take around 2 hours. Midway through surgery the vet came and told us that unfortunately all the puppies had died. 1 of them being in the early stages of the pregnancy and that the necrotic tissue from this pup had caused a severe infection in her uterus, leading to it being swollen, vascular and puss filled. She suggested that it was mostly likely the reason why the others died. To give bella the best chance of survival she recommended that we spayed her and allowed the problematic tissue to be cleaned or taken away. 4 1/2 hours later we are finally home with a very poorly but stable pupper. After messages of support from other dachshund dog mums. They suggested that I set up this gofundme page to help with the costs of her mounting vet bills. Me and my fiance are hard working and proud people and it pains us to ask for help from total strangers. We have never asked for hand outs of any sort, but we are not in a financial position to be able to pay the bills that have arisen as a consequence to our devastating news. Weve had to beg and borrow just to able to pay the initial cost of her treatments. We are literally at the mercy of good people and any donation would be dearly appreciated.
