help paying vet hospital

our fur baby Munchkin was attacked in our yard by a pit bull, we told the owner the bill amount he said he didn't have that kind of money, & why were we getting her help she is gonna die anyway, please any help would be great, we are on a fixed income, we borrowed the money to save her but we would love to pay back the ones who helped, thanks so much & GOD BLESS. we will need this amount by the end of the month if possible,
