Help Poppy get her mobility back

My sister had My beautiful niece at 29th week of pregnancy. Poppy was born December 2014 weighing just over 2lb she came into the world fighting... some time later she was diagnosed with Möbius syndrome. But this didn't stop poppy achieving her goals... she did everything we where told she wouldn't do... she smiled, crawled, walked and talked she was a healthy happy little girl, then at just one year old poppy had suffered respiratory arrest's and even cardiac arrest's but this didn't stop Poppy, she bounced right back to her happy little self, always full of life. But sadly On December 14th 2016 Poppy was found unresponsive in her bed she was quickly placed on a ventilator and taken to Alder Hey children's hospital where she remained in a critical state on the 18th Dec 2016 Poppy started to have seizures with which the doctors decided to give her an MRI scan....The results of this were devastating. unfortunately Poppy had suffered severe hypoxic brain damage and her parents were told to prepare for the worst. The family attended midnight mass on xmas eve and asked for Poppy to blessed. On Christmas Day the family went to Poppy's bedside and to there amazement Poppy had started to show signs of fighting back. She had started to smile, and from that day she has shown doctors, her parents and everyone else in her life how strong and determined she is, this little miracle has not given up yet! poppy has gradually learnt to talk again and is showing she still has vision, but unfortunately Poppy has lost her mobility.. As poppy is proving to have plenty fight left and has never lost her humour we as a family want to give poppy every fighting chance there is and we believe with her strength, courage and determination she may very well be able to mobilise again some day but we would love to assist poppy with some private physiotherapy please help us make this happen for this Beautiful courageous little girl!
