Please Help Save Rahaf
Rahaf Alqunun, still a teen at 18 years old, has demonstrated a huge amount of courage fleeing from her country and her family in Saudi Arabia.
She has sent out desperate pleas over social media. “I’m Rahaf... formally seeking a refugee status to any country that would protect me from getting harmed or killed due to leaving my religion and torture from my family.”
She is now seeking asylum in Australia / Canada / United States / United Kingdom to escape from abuse. She is now currently under some protection in Thailand, waiting on a humanitarian visa to Australia.
As a global Secret Sisterhood, we will look after her once she arrives safely, but we need help to make sure she has resettlement and protection funds. Because her story has gained worldwide attention these funds are needed for her to set up safely in a new country.
Rahaf has become a worldwide symbol of women trying to escape oppression, please help save her life and spread the word.

UPDATE:
We have had some rumours claiming this GoFundMe page is not real. We can confirm that this is definitely a REAL campaign. We have had major press/ media about the fundraising today. We are currently trying to get in contact with Rahaf, her situation is making it quite difficult, so until we do, GoFundMe is holding the funds, so it can be given to her directly.
Here are some news articles about how we have tried to get media to support the fundraising:
