Help Ralph Petingalo Fight Cancer

The Christie's RV family is requesting donations to help our dear family member, Ralph Petingalo, cover some of the expenses involved with his imminent battle with cancer. We recently learned that Ralph has been diagnosed with a blood type cancer, Multiple Myeloma.  The doctors have found lesions in his spine, shoulders, ribs, pelvis and legs.  Ralph is currently not able to work and will be undergoing further testing and treatment for the foreseeable future.

Those who know Ralph, know that he is no stranger to cancer as he has helped two of his children beat cancer a total of 3 times in the past.  He has also dedicated much of his life to raising money for the Canadian Cancer Society. He and his wife Lisa have been the anchors of a Relay-For-Life team for 17+ years and have raised approximately $130,000.00 over that time period.  Ralph has spent 3 months of each year making countless phone calls on his way to and from work, during his lunches and breaks as well as from home in the evenings, requesting pledges to help others who are fighting cancer. 

Aside from his hard work and dedication to raising money for the cancer society, Ralph is truly the kind of person who is always willing to help others and always tries to make others happy.  This is evident in the countless hours that he spends each year, with his family, setting up the well-known Christmas lights and decorations in his yard and surrounding yards on Shannon Road.
