Help save my best mate

On the 8th of December my best mate boxer dog "mack" was bitten by a tiger snake in our back yard n the suburb of Tarneit , our daughter was also outside playing we are so thankful he protected her he was bitten several times and Killed the snake just a few metres from our daughters trampoline he is in a touch and go situation as the venom has caused kidney damage and he is being ventilated his chances of survival is still at a 50/50 this has broken our lil family's hearts and many tears are being shed as he has touched a lot of people's hearts as he is so friendly and playful to all , he is always just so happy to see n meet any new face , he is our world and a massive part of our family , 4 years ago we got mack as a pup when we lost our twins and he has been our rock ever since , he has a bond unbreakable with both our children ages 2 1/2 and even our 3 month old and we can't loose him to this we have 48 hours to come up with $6000 for his emergency vet bills and with the young family and Christmas fast approaching I have no way of saving my boy , I would sell my own limbs if I could but that's just not possible , I hope u find it in your heart to help us save our boy and I hope to be able to bring him home walking out of the vets thanks
