Help single mom replace stolen vehicle

 HELP SINGLE MOM REPLACE STOLEN CAR On December 27, 2018, Heather Williams' vehicle was stolen from her parking spot in her apartment complex in El Cajon, CA. As a single mom, this is her only mode of transportation and her only way to get her children to school. Heather did everything right. She kept her car locked, she didn't keep any valuables in the car, and she even had a club on her gear shift to keep somebody from stealing her vehicle. Even with all those precautions, her vehicle was still stolen. She has no idea how she's going to get her kids to school when it goes back in session next week. Please help if you can. Thank you!
