help families separated @ border
Donation protected

Thanks to many of you, we have been able to travel to Texas to directly help families who are seeking asylum in this country. I am about to embark on my third trip. Like you, I have felt devastated by the images and stories of children being separated from their parents /relatives. Being able to work directly with families helps put my counseling skills into use. This process also seems to be healing my own family's generational immigration trauma as well.

Your donations can help buy food, toys, and other necessities for those released from family detention. Thank you in advance for your generosity ($5 per person can go along way)! I will keep you posted so you can be directly connected to the support you have provided. You can forward this to anyone you feel might be able to provide support as well. Thank you. Upcoming travel dates: January 2nd 2019. If you are a Bilingual Spanish-speaking mental health provider and able to volunteer, please contact me directly!
